By creating an account and using CloudBox, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

CloudBox provides:

• Cloud storage for your personal files
• File sharing and collaboration tools
• Video streaming capabilities
• Cross-platform access (Android, iOS, Web)
• Free tier: 5GB storage
• Premium tier: Unlimited storage for ₹99/month

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Use CloudBox only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious content or violate others' rights
• Not abuse or attempt to hack our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that violates privacy or rights of others
• Spam or unsolicited promotional material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Storage Limits

• Free Users: 5GB total storage
• Premium Users: Unlimited storage
• File Size Limit: Individual video files limited to 500MB
• Fair Use: We reserve the right to limit excessive usage

6. Payment and Billing

For Premium subscriptions:

• ₹99/month for unlimited storage
• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• Refunds handled on case-by-case basis
• Cancel anytime - no long-term commitment

7. Data and Privacy

• Your files are encrypted and secure
• We never sell your data to third parties
• You retain ownership of your content

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in illegal activities
• Abuse our services or resources
• Remain inactive for extended periods

You can delete your account anytime from settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 90 days.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss (though we maintain regular backups).

10. Intellectual Property

CloudBox name, logo, and service are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission. Your uploaded content remains your property.

11. Limitation of Liability

CloudBox is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
